Packaging materials and principles of bowl group bearings

In order to achieve the purpose of moisture-proof, moisture-proof, antifouling, impact-proof, maintenance of bearing quality and accuracy, saving time, labor and sales, the bearing shall be cleaned and rust-proof after being manufactured and inspected as qualified, and then put into the inner packaging.

According to the anti-rust period, the inner packaging of bearings is divided into three categories:

① Short-term anti-rust packaging: the anti-rust period is 3~6 months. The customized products of mountain bike bowl set bearings are applicable to bearings that are put into use in a short time, and a large number of them are delivered to the same subscriber. Upon the agreement of both parties, simple packaging shall be adopted, with the principle of saving time and labor.

② Ordinary anti-rust packaging: the anti-rust period is one year, applicable to ordinary bearings.

③ Long-term anti-rust packaging: anti-rust period is 2 years, applicable to special and precision bearings.

The manufacturer of the bowl set bearing is expensive, so the relevant bearing packaging materials include polyethylene plastic cylinder (box), kraft paper, plain grain and wrinkle, carton, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, nylon or plastic fastening belt, moisture-proof and wear-resistant plastic belt, linen bag, etc. All the above materials shall pass the corrosion resistance test.

Principle requirements of bearing inner packing method:

① Small bearings: place a plastic cylinder every 10-15 sets of bearings and a carton (or bag or roll) every 5-10 plastic cylinders.

② Small and medium-sized bearings: multiple sets of bearings are wrapped with polyethylene film and wrapped with kraft paper or polyethylene composite paper; Put multiple sets of bearings into plastic cylinder (box); The single set of bearings are packed in polyethylene film bags, folded or sealed, and then put into cartons.

③ Large bearing:

The front fork bowl set bearing factory uses polyethylene film or polyethylene composite paper to pack in a single set, and then put it into a carton; Use a polyethylene film bag, fold the bag mouth with a single package, and then put it into a carton; Put a single set into a special plastic box; Single set of three-layer packaging: polyethylene film tape or composite paper tape is used for the inner layer, fastening tape is used for the middle layer, and moisture-proof plastic tape is used for the surface.

④ Extra large bearing:

Single set of three-layer package (as above); Single-layer four-layer package: after the above three-layer package, the Z surface is wrapped with a layer of hemp tape.

For separable tapered roller bearings with outer diameter ≥ 150mm, polyethylene film or internal and external parts shall be separately packed before packaging 150mm exchangeable cylindrical roller bearing, as the complete package is easy to bump, the internal and external parts can generally be separately packaged.
