The mechanical character is more durable and durable, and the installation is convenient, and the mute effect is much better than the loose bead. It can be determined that the cost is more expensive than the loose bead group.

1. After the cleaning and inspection of the bearing, wipe the cleaner (or dry it in the air) with a white cloth and add qualified lubricating grease. Do not add different kinds of grease into the same bearing.

2. It is prohibited to have dust in the surrounding environment when refueling the products wholesale by the manufacturer of headstock bearings; Apply oil with clean hands, slowly turn the whole bearing with one hand, and press oil into the inner wall of the bearing with the middle finger and index finger with the other hand. After adding one side, proceed to the other side. Remove excess grease according to the number of motor poles.

3. Oil filling quantity of bearing and bearing cover: the oil quantity of bearing cover is 1/2~2/3 of the capacity of bearing cover (the higher number of motor poles is limited); The amount of bearing oil is 1/2~2/3 of the inner and outer wall of the bearing (the number of motor poles is limited).

4. The motor end cover with oil filling hole and oil drain hole must also be cleaned during oil change to keep the passage smooth. The oil filling hole must be filled with oil.

5. The motor with oil filling hole must be filled with oil on time. The oil replenishment period is determined according to the motor operation requirements and operation specifications (generally, the two-pole motor operates for 500 hours in 24 hours).

6. When replenishing oil, make sure that the oil replenishing port is clean. The amount of oil replenishing is limited to the bearing temperature only rising by 2 ℃ (the 2-pole motor shall be quickly oiled with oil gun twice and observe for 10 minutes, and decide whether to continue to add oil according to the situation).

7. When assembling and disassembling the customized bearing of the cartridge type headstock bearing, ensure that the stress point is correct (the inner ring on the shaft is stressed, and the inner and outer sides of the end cover are stressed), and the stress is uniform. They are press-in method (small motor) and hot sleeve method (large interference and large motor).

8. During bearing installation, the contact surface shall be evenly smeared with a small amount of grease. After the bearing is installed, be sure to check the clearance between the bearing inner race and the shaft shoulder (no clearance is appropriate).

9. The heating temperature of bearing hot sleeve method is maintained at 80 to 100 ℃, and the time of 80 to 100 ℃ is controlled within 10 minutes. The guarantee of oil heating is to use non-corrosive mineral oil with good thermal stability (transformer oil is required), and the oil and container should be cleaned. A metal mesh is set at the place 50 to 70 mm from the bottom of the oil tank, and the bearing is placed on the mesh. The large bearing is also lifted with a hook.

10. The customized products of motorcycle head bowl bearings need to regularly inspect the motor and record the motor operation status (motor vibration, motor and bearing temperature, motor operation current). Generally, the two-pole motor above 75KW is used once a day. Strengthen patrol inspection and inform relevant parties when abnormal operation conditions are found. 17.
