Damage condition: The so-called jamming damage commonly seen in the customization of motorcycle head bowl bearings is the surface damage caused by the partial minor burns and carding on the sliding surface. Strip scar on the angle of guide rail surface and rotating surface circle. The pendulum scar on the roller end face is close to the snap on the ring surface of the roller end face.
Cause: too large load and preload. Poor lubrication. Foreign matter bite. Inclination and shaft deflection outside the inner ring. The accuracy of shaft and bearing box is poor.
